Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our team, with a strong background in events and exhibition management. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair carpentry elements, such as furniture, fixtures, and decorative features, for events and exhibitions

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting the company's quality and safety expectations

- Collaborate with the events and exhibition team to understand project requirements and deliverables

- Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and glass, to create custom carpentry elements

- Operate power tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and sanders, safely and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a carpenter in the UAE , specifically in e vents and exhibition management

- Proven experience as a Finishing Carpenter, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools

- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach

- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment

- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in carpentry or a related trade preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Malayalam language (highly preferable)

- Experience working with events and exhibition companies in the UAE

- Ability to work at heights, using scaffolding and ladders safely
