Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of construction methods, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials, such as wood, plywood, and other materials, using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines.
• Build and install frameworks, doors, partitions, staircases, and other structures.
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork in existing structures.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes.
• Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and tools.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects, project managers, and laborers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Good mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and building codes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
