Job Description

Experience in more advance carpentry task, including custom wood working, detailed finish work, and familiarity with different materials and tools.

Experience in masonry with ability to perform basic task like laying bricks, stonework, concrete work, repairing wall seepage and cracks, and installing tiles and marbles.

Experience in painting familiarity with painting tools and techniques, including surface preparation, applying paint, stains, or varnishes, and finishing work.

Key Responsibility -

• Conduct maintenance and repair on existing wood or gypsum structures, fixing broken furniture, fixing any doors issues, chairs, frames, table, and cabinets.
• Identify and repair cracks, gaps, ot damages in masonry structures.
• Perform other restoration as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish or other finishes to a variety of structures, including wood, drywall, masonry and metal.
• Plan and organize work schedules to efficiently complete tasks across carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
• Address any issues or deficiency promptly, and effectively.
• To carry out any other task related to building maintenance assigned by direct superior.
• Assist and coordinate with the other team member as needed.
