Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team at Joseph Group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to project requirements.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing wooden structures.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of around 3-4 years as a Carpenter.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school or diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry or related field.
