We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to the required specifications.

Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.

Assemble and install cabinetry, furniture, and other custom wood products.

Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements.

Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.

Build and repair frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters.

Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with other carpenters, designers, and contractors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter.

Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.

Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.

Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).

Ability to read technical documents and drawings.

Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.

Good physical condition and endurance.

High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required.
