: Joinery Carpenter - Interior Fit-Out Company (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Carpenter to join our team specializing in high-quality interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of joinery works, carpentry techniques, and finishing processes, with proven experience in the UAE market. You will play a key role in delivering custom-made furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out solutions that meet client specifications and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry & Joinery Work:
• Manufacture and assemble custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, and other wooden structures based on design specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform precise cutting, shaping, and finishing of wood, MDF, and other materials.
• Installation:
• Install joinery and carpentry works on-site as part of interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure accurate alignment and secure fixing of all elements during installation.
• Reading and Interpreting Plans:
• Read and understand architectural drawings, technical sketches, and blueprints.
• Translate designs into high-quality final products with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Material Handling:
• Select appropriate materials and tools for each task.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of wood and related materials to prevent damage.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues during manufacturing or installation processes.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks to meet the company's standards and client expectations.
• Repair or make adjustments as needed to ensure a flawless finish.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and responsibly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Carpenter in the UAE, preferably in an interior fit-out company.
• Expertise in joinery manufacturing, installation, and finishing techniques.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of different types of wood, MDF, veneers, laminates, and other materials used in joinery work.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the UAE.
• Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or diploma in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.
• Experience working on high-end residential or commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
