Job Description

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work on various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial construction, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and install framework, roofing, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, and other structures.
• Repair and maintain wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians, plumbers, and painters, to complete projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good physical condition and stamina.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
