Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to install Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and install WPC panels according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Select and prepare WPC panels, ensuring the correct type and quality for each project.
• Install WPC panels with precision, ensuring alignment, fit, and finish meet the highest standards.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in installing WPC panels.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is preferred.
