- Build, install, and repair structures, fixtures, and furniture made from wood and other materials.
- Utilize a variety of crafting tools, including power tools and hand tools, to complete projects.
- Specialize in specific areas of carpentry, such as framing or finish carpentry, based on project requirements.
- Interpret technical documents and drawings to ensure accurate construction and installation.
- Apply strong mathematical skills to measure and cut materials precisely.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle demanding carpentry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, displaying excellent verbal communication skills.
- Pay close attention to detail and employ problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Proficient in carpentry and framing skills.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools.
- Expertise in finish carpentry techniques.
- Prior experience with carpentry projects and techniques.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal training in carpentry or completion of an apprenticeship is preferred.
