Job Description
:
Coordination of tradesmen/external companies for small to medium-sized renovation measures (e.g. insurance claims) Maintenance work and small repairs of all kinds (painting, minor installation work) Maintenance of the outdoor areas Supervision of the village\xe2\x80\x99s own vehicle fleet Support of the IT, telephone and locking systems
Job Experience:
- Completed technical training
- Training to become a fire protection officer or the willingness to complete it
- Craftsmanship and technical understanding
- Careful, independent and responsible way of working
- High service orientation and sense of responsibility
- IT knowledge (MS Office package)
