Job Description

: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our home care team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the team leader.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Follow care plans.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in home care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
