Career Manager Recruitment : We are seeking an exceptional career manager or senior executive with expertise in both real estate and blockchain. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and setting the future direction of the company to ensure its smooth operation and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop the company's short-term and long-term growth strategies for real estate and blockchain in Dubai and the Middle East. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

2. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate projects in Dubai, including follow-up, design, construction, sales, and operations of ongoing projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

3. Technology Integration: Lead the application of blockchain technology in Dubai's real estate projects, including the implementation of smart contracts and transparent transactions. Collaborate with the technology team to develop and implement blockchain solutions.

4. Market Expansion: Drive marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the company and its projects in Dubai. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.

5. Financial Management: Manage the financial budget, control costs, and perform return-on-investment analysis for projects to ensure the stability and health of the company's capital chain.

6. Team Leadership: Foster an efficient team culture, offering training and development opportunities. Evaluate and enhance team performance to achieve project objectives.

7. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks, including market, technical, and legal risks. Develop and implement risk response strategies to mitigate uncertainties.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects and company operations adhere to Dubai's and international laws and regulations. Handle legal matters related to the company and projects to safeguard its legal rights and interests.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Additional training or certification in blockchain technology is preferred.

2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the real estate and blockchain industries, with a proven track record of successful large-scale real estate projects and blockchain applications in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai. Familiarity with real estate trends and blockchain technology developments in Dubai and surrounding markets is essential.

3. Skills: Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to coordinate multiple teams and projects. Proficient in real estate and blockchain-related software and tools. Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive business growth.

4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English as the working language, along with Chinese language skills to communicate effectively with both local and international clients and partners.

5. Leadership Skills: Experience managing mid- to senior-level teams, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve their goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
