Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Carry out detailed technical contract, project assessment, evaluation, reporting and follow up to all CBD business units that have cases of contract financing.
Strong knowledge of civil construction and Electro-Mechanical works.
Prepare technical assessment for new cases of contract financing.
Update & follow up of ongoing contracts.
Knowledge of estimation, cost analysis, project planning & control in addition to project management.
Good Knowledge of CPM planning & scheduling.
Good knowledge of construction materials & equipment rates.
Payments monitoring: review project schedules and monitor payment process to keep track with the Corporate Team.
Conduct site visits as required, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly.
Deliver timely and accurate technical reports as required.
Site Visits: Schedule periodic visits to project sites to analyze progress of the project and evaluate conformity with construction schedule.
Candidate Profile:
Requirement open for Kuwait nationals only.
Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years in civil/mechanical projects.
On site job experience with reputed company.
Good knowledge in project estimation, planning & controlling.
Good knowledge in MPW contract conditions & FIDIC.
Good Knowledge in Primavera & computer skills.
