This role involves developing and implementing data reporting systems, producing regular and ad-hoc reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and institutional reporting requirements.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with career development practices, internship programs, and employer recruitment strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
- Ability to work effectively with diverse constituents ; i.e., students from diverse backgrounds, college administrators, faculty, and staff.
- Requires excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as to manage multiple, on-ongoing programs and services.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills.
