We are looking for counselors and advisors who will guide students throughout their university search and assist in applications. We're on the lookout for knowledgeable individuals who are well informed to answer queries regarding varied programs in different countries.

A suitable candidate would -

Advise students about what courses and educational programs they need for particular careers Highlighting the benefits of specific schools, programs, and courses that attract students and encourage diversity. Helping students choose courses and extracurricular activities that will help them get into their chosen colleges or careers after graduation. Staying current with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, majors, courses, and educational and financial aid developments. Organizing recruiting events and representing schools at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities. Conducting meetings, reviewing application materials, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process. Developing and maintaining active events & help students to find opportunities in their fields. Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources. Guide students in determining their interests and abilities using a wide range of methods, such as aptitude assessments, interviews and planning materials Evaluate clients' background, education, and training, to help them develop realistic goals Use achievement and aptitude tests to help clients get a better idea of what they're good at Develop career services programs that will help student in exploring and planning career options. Coordinate with academic advisors to help students in making career choices based on their academic majors Research and analyze current employment trends in various industries. Educate students on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism. Conduct mock interviews and job search workshops for students. Help clients select and apply for educational programs, to obtain the necessary degrees, credentials, and skills Help students craft a long-term plan for reaching their career objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

The Candidate should meet the following requirements:

Experience managing the admission counseling for the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, etc. Knowledge of the top 100 universities Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources Experience in college admission application filing Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills Strong people reading skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions Master's degree in education, career counseling or similar field Top-notch investigative, assessment, and communication skills. Administers, interprets, documents, and reports findings on different educational and psychological assessments. Have a track record of successfully completing the top university applications Have the ability to deal with students and families from different parts of the world who come from different academic curriculum such as IB, A-Levels, French Bec, CBSE, AP, etc. Have knowledge of the application process (through the Common App, UCAS, OUAC, etc), personal statements, college essays, recommendation letters, transcripts, and related documents.
