OverviewThe Care Coordinator is responsible for maintain the Caregivers personnel files, collecting and filling documents, auditing files for missing documents and contacting caregivers or the quality department or the Infecting Control leaders and training leaders to collect any missing documents and to file them accordingly to ensure the completion and update of each individual caregivers personnel file as p er the JCI requirement. Point of contact with the Quality Team to make sure the SQE Chapter of the JCI is well managed to ensure all audits of the HC department is successful. Follow up on all clinical medical records of employees are updated and filling accordingly. The Care Coordinator will follow up and achieve all updated Mandatory Life Support trainings like BLS, ACLS, PALS and also updated vaccination records for all employees as applicable. The Care Coordinator report weekly progress on the completion percentages for the HC department head to ensure that the SQE of JCI is being met.Responsibilities
Point of Contact with the Hospitals Quality team to review JCI audits and clinical employees personnel records to support with the activities for the SQE chapter of the JCI.
Follow up and file of all clinical employees medical documents like Active Medical and DOH or DHA Licenses.
Mandatory Life Support training certificate Active BLS or PALS or ACLS certificate and completion or schedule of attendance for future courses.
Review and manage and track and file all Vaccination records for Clinical Employees
Review and file and upload all missing documents.
Contact individual caregivers to collect missing documents and information.
Focus on the review of the older Caregivers personnel files to ensure that updated mandatory documents are signed and present in the files.
Ensure that outdated records of caregivers are updated in the file.
QualificationsEducation
Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and Communication or Human Resources or relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in Joint Comission International (JCI) accredited Hospital.
