Job Information
- Promote, promote and sell products and services according to established strategies and based on customer needs.
- Address Post-Sales requirements, advising, acquitting and managing said requests in accordance with established procedures and policies, guaranteeing quality service.
- Associate each customer interaction with a memorable experience within the Service Center.
- Build customer loyalty through retention or renewal actions.
Job Requirements
- Completed technical or completed university studies/or related.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service in telecommunications, banking or insurance companies.
- Availability to work 48 hours a week from Monday to Sunday with 1 day of rotating rest per week.
