Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Cardiothoracic Surgeon who shares our passion for excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, heart and lung transplantation, and tumor resection- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients- Conduct pre-operative consultations with patients to discuss risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of surgery- Perform surgical procedures with precision and follow best practices to minimize risk and complications- Monitor patients progress post-surgery and provide necessary follow-up care- Participate in training and mentoring of residents and other healthcare professionals- Keep up-to-date with advancements and new techniques in the field of cardiothoracic surgeryRequirements:- Medical degree from an accredited university and completion of a Cardiothoracic Surgery residency program- Current and valid board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Cardiothoracic Surgeon- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of cardiothoracic surgery, including diagnostic testing, surgical techniques, and post-operative care- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
