Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiac Surgeon to join our team of medical professionals. As a Cardiac Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing delicate surgeries and procedures to help patients with cardiovascular diseases. Your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their loved ones.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiac surgeries including bypass, valve repair/replacement, and vessel grafting
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform routine check-ups and screenings to monitor patientxe2x80x99s progress
- Consult and collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Perform emergency procedures in critical situations
- Oversee and guide the work of surgical staff and trainees
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of cardiac surgery and incorporate them into practice
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completed residency in General Surgery and Cardiac Surgery
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Valid state medical license and medical malpractice insurance
- Proven experience in successfully performing a wide range of cardiac surgeries
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Compassionate with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
