: Car Wash Worker

Position Overview:
Car wash workers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior of vehicles to meet customer satisfaction standards. They work efficiently and ensure vehicles leave the facility in pristine condition while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exterior Cleaning:
• Wash and rinse vehicle exteriors using water, cleaning solutions, brushes, or automated equipment.
• Apply waxes or polishes for added shine and protection, as needed.
• Dry vehicles using towels, air compressors, or drying machines.
• Interior Cleaning:
• Vacuum vehicle interiors, including seats, floors, and carpets.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as dashboards, windows, and door panels.
• Clean and condition upholstery or leather, if required.
• Specialized Tasks:
• Apply tire and rim cleaners and ensure a polished finish.
• Remove stubborn stains, dirt, or debris using specialized cleaning agents.
• Conduct minor maintenance checks (e.g., windshield wiper fluid levels).
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and address their service requests.
• Provide recommendations for additional services, such as detailing or protective coatings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or concerns promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Ability to work efficiently in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in car washing or detailing (preferred but not required).

Work Environment:

• Outdoor or semi-outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions.
• Frequent use of cleaning chemicals, protective equipment may be required.
• Team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Schedule:

• Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available.
• May include weekends and holidays based on customer demand.
