Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic

Car Wash Planning and Detailing Specialist - must have own visa,

to oversee and execute car wash services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling car wash services, ensuring that detailing tasks are carried out efficiently, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and vehicle care. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with customers and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Car Wash Planning and Scheduling:

Manage the daily schedule of car wash and detailing services. Plan and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Coordinate with customers to book appointments and confirm service details.

Detailing Services:

Perform high-quality detailing, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, and polishing vehicles. Use proper techniques and tools to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Address specific customer requests, such as stain removal or deep interior cleaning.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and offering advice on car care and detailing services. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of work and addressing any complaints or concerns promptly. Keep customers informed about service progress and estimated completion times.

Equipment and Supplies Management:

Ensure all car wash and detailing equipment is maintained and in good working condition. Monitor and manage inventory levels of car wash and detailing supplies. Order necessary products and tools to keep operations running smoothly.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on every vehicle washed and detailed to ensure all services are delivered at the highest standard. Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned and detailed in compliance with company guidelines and best practices.

Health and Safety:

Follow all health and safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of the team and customers.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain detailed records of services provided, including customer feedback, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Assist in tracking sales, payments, and promotional offers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in car washing, detailing, or a similar hands-on role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate car wash services efficiently. Proficiency in English for clear communication with customers and the team. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of car care products, tools, and cleaning techniques. Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and moving equipment.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in car detailing or automotive services are a plus but not required.
