Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Upholstery Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in upholstering car seats, headliners, dashboards, and other automotive interiors. This role involves working with various materials, including leather, fabric, and vinyl, to repair, replace, or customize vehicle interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and sew fabric, leather, or vinyl for car upholstery.

Remove old upholstery, padding, and covers and replace them with new materials.

Repair or replace foam padding, springs, and frame structures as needed.

Install and adjust seat covers, carpets, and other interior components.

Work with adhesives, stitching, and heat-pressing techniques for high-quality finishes.

Ensure all upholstery work meets customer requirements and company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive upholstery (minimum [X] years preferred).

Skilled in measuring, cutting, sewing, and installing upholstery materials.

Familiarity with upholstery tools (sewing machines, staple guns, etc.).

Ability to work with different types of fabric, leather, and vinyl.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.

Team player with good communication skills.
