We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Car Purchase Manager to join our team at Morya Pre-Owned Luxury Cars. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury automobile market and possess excellent negotiation and sourcing skills to help us build and maintain a high-quality inventory of pre-owned luxury vehicles.

Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase pre-owned luxury cars from auctions, private sellers, dealers, and wholesalers to ensure a consistent and high-quality inventory.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, dealers, and industry contacts.

- Evaluate cars based on their condition, market trends, and profitability for the showroom.

- Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and contracts with sellers while ensuring the best value for the company.

- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and condition.

- Stay updated on industry trends, luxury car values, and emerging market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the inventory aligns with customer demand and market trends.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to highlight featured vehicles and manage promotions based on inventory.

- Ensure all purchased vehicles are properly documented and processed for resale, including managing titles, paperwork, and registrations.

- Monitor inventory levels and work with the showroom manager to optimize stock levels for optimal sales performance.

- Manage and track purchasing budgets and ensure that all transactions are cost-effective.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in car purchasing, particularly within the luxury automobile market.

- Strong understanding of luxury vehicle brands, market values, and trends.

- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable deals.

- Ability to assess and evaluate vehicle condition, history, and value.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealers and sellers.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and make informed purchasing decisions.

- A passion for luxury cars and a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with high-end or luxury car dealerships.

- Familiarity with auction processes and online car buying platforms.

- A background in automotive sales, management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in dealership management software and inventory tracking systems.
