Job description:
We are looking for candidates to work as Customer Service Representatives / Car Park or Control Room Attendant on one of our prestigious car park locations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• To liaise with members of the public and give advice on the car park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, ensuring that our customer care policy is always adhered to.
• To maintain good relations with all relevant regulatory authorities and local businesses.
• To assist in providing an effective customer care policy.
• To handle the membership, invoicing, and call centre related jobs in the car park.
Qualifications:
• Good English Communication skills and customer service are required.
• Pervious invoicing experience
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Sending Emails and answering phone calls for inquiries experience.
