Job Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality automotive painting, including color mixing to match exact shades.

- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.

- Apply paint using spray guns and other necessary tools.

- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and recommend appropriate painting methods.

- Ensure proper color matching and consistency.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Stay updated with the latest painting technologies, tools, and materials.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Car Painter (2+ years preferred).

- Expertise in color mixing and matching for exact color replication.

- Proficiency in spray painting techniques and surface preparation.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
