Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Car Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting and refinishing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The Car Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sand vehicle surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Remove or mask off trim, windows, and other parts as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, and other damage that needs repair.
• Mix paint according to manufacturer specifications and color codes.
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and other tools.
• Ensure even coverage and proper thickness of paint layers.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, streaks, or uneven areas.
• Sand and polish paint as needed to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Ensure all paint jobs meet company and industry standards for quality and durability.
• Maintain and clean spray guns, compressors, and other painting equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on painting tools and machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize exposure to hazardous materials.

Adequecy in:

• Proven experience as a Car Painter or in a similar role.
• Proficient in the use of painting tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive paint types, techniques, and application methods.
• Ability to perform minor body repairs and surface preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
