Job Description

• Repair and restore
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
• Mix paint to achieve desired color and consistency
• Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
• Ensure proper drying and curing of paint before finishing
• Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working with paints and chemicals
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and deadlines
• Stay updated on new painting techniques and products in the industry
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for communicating with diverse customers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to use personal protective equipment
• Preference for candidates with experience in automotive repair shops or body shops
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in auto painting or a similar role
• Certification in auto painting or related field is a plus
