We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Smart Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in smart repair techniques and be dedicated to restoring vehicles to pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality paint repairs on minor vehicle damage, including scratches, dents, and chips.
• Use specialized tools and techniques for blending and matching paint colors seamlessly.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards, with a focus on efficiency.
• Assess damage and provide accurate estimates of time and materials required for repairs.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and the working area to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Smart Repair Painter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and color matching.
• Proficiency in using smart repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair jobs efficiently.
