Car Electrician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical Diagnostics:
• Perform detailed inspections to diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems in vehicle electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, ignition, and electronic control systems.
• Repairs and Maintenance:
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicle electrical systems, including battery replacement, alternator and starter repairs, wiring repairs, and more.
• Install and repair electronic devices such as GPS systems, alarms, and entertainment systems.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all electrical repairs and maintenance tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Test and inspect electrical systems to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning.
• Customer Service:
• Communicate with customers to explain electrical issues and the necessary repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for electrical repair costs and timelines.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain detailed records of all electrical repairs and services performed on vehicles.
• Keep track of parts inventory and notify management of any shortages.
