Job Description

Damage Assessment:

Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair methods.

Dent Removal:

Perform dent removal using various techniques, including paintless dent repair (PDR) where applicable.

Panel Repair/Replacement:

Repair or replace damaged body panels, including welding, shaping, and filling.

Quality Control:

Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, meeting company quality standards and customer expectations. Equipment Handling: Use and maintain workshop equipment effectively and safely. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other workshop staff, including painters and mechanics, to ensure efficient workflow. Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience as a Denter in a reputable workshop.

Technical Skills:

Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and procedures.

Tool Proficiency:

Proficiency in using dent removal tools and equipment, including PDR tools.

Welding & Panel Beating:

Ability to weld and perform panel beating.

Vehicle Knowledge:

Strong understanding of vehicle construction and materials.

Attention to Detail:

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
