Job Opportunity: Car Care SupervisorLocation: SharjahPosition Overview:Our client, a newly established workshop in Sharjah, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Care Supervisor to lead their Car Care Department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch services, and manage a team to deliver exceptional results. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Car Care Department, including detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, restoration, window tinting, and PPF installation.
Monitor team performance and provide training to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and tools.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the car care or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of car care techniques, including detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, window tinting, and PPF installation.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
