Job Opportunity: Car Care Supervisor

Location: Sharjah

Position Overview:

Our Partner, a newly established workshop in Sharjah, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Care Supervisor to lead their Car Care Department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch services, and manage a team to deliver exceptional results. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Car Care Department, including detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, restoration, window tinting, and PPF installation .
• Monitor team performance and provide training to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the car care or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of car care techniques, including detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, window tinting, and PPF installation .
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
