Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Staff Management:
• Supervise, train, and mentor detailing staff and technicians.
• Schedule and assign daily workloads to optimize productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Quality Control:
• Establish and maintain quality control standards for all detailing services.
• Perform regular inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Marketing and Business Development:
• Promote services through various marketing channels (social media, local advertising, etc.).
• Develop promotional offers and packages to attract new customers.
• Collaborate with management on strategies to increase market share.
Qualifications:
• Proven 3 years' experience in automotive detailing or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Driving License mandatary
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, tools, and products.
