Shamshiry Restaurant, a renowned dining destination in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced and service-oriented

Captain Waiter.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining areas. Assist in table setting, order presentation, and food serving. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Uphold restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of

3 years

experience in a similar role in a fine dining or casual dining restaurant. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Fluency in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus. Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
