1. Sales Leadership:
• Lead and supervise the cafe's sales team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management.
2. Customer Service:
• Ensure all team members provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner.
• Develop initiatives to improve the customer experience and increase repeat business.
3. Staff Management:
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Schedule and manage the team to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
4. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all pastries, desserts, beverages, and special offerings.
• Promote new products, seasonal items, and special deals to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
5. Operations and Compliance:
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen for restocking.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and operational updates to management.

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
