The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing capital raising transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Capital Sourcing: Identify and engage potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.- Transaction Structuring: Develop and structure capital raising transactions that align with the companys strategic objectives and meet investor requirements.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring continuous engagement and communication.- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in capital markets.- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.- Pitch Development: Create compelling investment pitches and presentations to attract and secure investor interest.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution of capital raising transactions.- Compliance: Ensure all capital raising activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
