Cantonese Cuisine Chef Hiring

•Experience working in a Chinese restaurant in Malaysia is a plus. •

We are a catering company based in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE, operating on a central kitchen model. We specialize in preparing Chinese bento meals, supplying to local supermarkets and online platforms. Currently, our products are available in 100\+ locations, with clients including Talabat, Noon, Geant, and other well-known local retailers.

Location: Ajman

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Cantonese-style fast food, home-style dishes, and Chinese cuisine, capable of independently preparing and maintaining high-quality dishes.
• Ensure product taste and quality control, refine existing recipes, and develop new dishes based on local market trends.
• Supervise kitchen operations to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong sense of responsibility with high standards for food quality and taste, along with market awareness.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience with HACCP food handling preferred; PIC certification is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000 - 10,000\.
• 6-month probation period, followed by performance-based commissions in addition to base salary.
• One day off per week.
• Company provides a work visa.
• 30 days of annual leave after one year of employment.
