Vayeghan Litigation

is a well-established and prominent criminal defence and immigration law firm based in Vancouver, Canada, with years of experience successfully representing clients in complex legal matters. We are now preparing to expand internationally, with plans to open our Dubai office in Summer/Fall 2025.

As part of this exciting new chapter, we are seeking

Canadian Immigration Lawyers or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (CICCs) who are certified in Canada

and interested in joining our growing team.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has at least

1 year of experience practicing as a Canadian immigration lawyer or working as a certified Canadian immigration consultant.

- Possesses solid experience handling a wide range of Canadian immigration matters, including permanent residency applications, work and study permits, LMIA applications, family sponsorships, and more.

- Is able to work remotely from home and meet with clients in Dubai when required.

- Is professional, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional client service

- Is eager to be part of building a reputable Canadian immigration practice in Dubai.
