You prepare internal events such as conferences and meetings before and after.
You are responsible for order and cleanliness on campus (in collaboration with the cleaning company).
You coordinate service providers such as locking, security and cleaning services.
You are responsible for processing orders for the campus, e.g. office supplies, catering, etc.
You are responsible for the professional reception and support of students, lecturers and visitors on campus, including international students.
You efficiently organize mail management, including filing and forwarding to relevant departments.
Job Requirements
You have successfully completed commercial training as a hotel specialist, office clerk, catering specialist, industrial clerk or have completed a degree.
You have initial knowledge of customer service and strong communication skills.
You have organizational talent and work in a service-oriented manner.
You are confident in using common MS Office programs.
