Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Campus/Grad Recruiter for a 12-month fixed term contract.As a Campus/Grad Recruiter, your primary role will be to attract and hire students and recent graduates for our client\'s organisation. You will be responsible for engaging with universities, attending career fairs, and hosting career days to connect with potential candidates. Your keen eye for talent will be crucial in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing skills for entry-level positions and internships. Your ability to build relationships with educational institutions will not only contribute to the company\'s employer branding efforts but also ensure a steady influx of talented individuals from college communities.
- Engage with universities and attend career fairs to connect with potential candidates
