Position Name: CRM Campaign Specialist Position Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full TimeTHE ROLE As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for the set-up and management of CRM campaigns using client marketing automation (MA) platforms. You will work closely with agency teams (including strategists, designers, developers and project managers) and directly with the client to ensure highly effective delivery of campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and configuration of CRM campaigns; email, push (app & web), SMS, WhatsApp and other channels as required.
Design and set up of segments within the MA platforms, tailoring campaigns accordingly
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Identify ways to improve CRM delivery through automating basic everyday tasks
Resolve technical CRM issues as appropriate, including responding to often complex requests
Develop and maintain documentation for MA processes
With the CRM strategists, plan and set-up A/B testing to deliver insights leading to optimized performance, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI and sales growth
Make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns based on knowledge and understanding of data and MA platform
Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans
Provide support to client and other partner agencies as required in the processing and passing of data for use in other marketing channels
Work closely with the team to provide all information required to deliver exceptional service levels across all acrivities
Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools (as required)
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
3+ years of experience in marketing automation
Experience and proficiency with MA platforms (specifically Adobe Campaign and SAP Hybris)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with segmentation and audience targeting
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proactive and enthusiastic self-starter
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of email marketing best practices
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Ability to provide training and support to team members
Ability to coordinate with external partners, agencies and clients
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
