Job Title: Camp Manager - Glamping Company

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3500/- to AED 8000/- (Negotiable depends on interview performance)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years in the same field

Job Summary:

The Glamping Camp Manager is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the camp, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience for customers and staffs. This role involves overseeing staff management, program development, facility maintenance, budgeting, and communication with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate engaging camp programs and activities that align with the camp's mission and objectives.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate camp staff, including counselors and support personnel. Foster a positive team environment and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all camp activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain necessary certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR).

Budget Management: Develop and manage the camp budget, including expenses, revenues, and fundraising efforts. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, management team and staffs. Communicate camp policies, schedules, and activities effectively.

Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of camp facilities and grounds. Coordinate repairs and improvements as needed.

Marketing and Recruitment: Assist in promoting the camp through various channels, including social media, community outreach, and events. Help in the recruitment and retention of campers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent

Bilingual or Trilingual is preferred. English is the must.

Must UAE Valid driving license

Previous experience in Glamping camp site management or similar roles.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in Glamping site settings.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during camping season in UAE.

Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
