Job Title: Camp In-Charge

: The Camp In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the camp facilities. This role ensures that all camp activities run smoothly and that the facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the camp, including accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all camp facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Develop and implement schedules for regular maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Monitor and manage the camp's inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, including health and safety standards.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise within the camp, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, incidents, and other relevant documentation.
• Train, supervise, and support camp staff and volunteers.
• Foster a positive and safe environment for all camp residents and staff.
