We are seeking an experienced

Camp Boss

to manage and oversee the daily operations of a

labour camp

in a

construction environment

. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, security, hygiene, and overall well-being of camp residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the overall operations of the labour camp. Maintain camp discipline, hygiene, and security. Oversee accommodation allocation and ensure proper record-keeping. Monitor daily catering and food quality for workers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations. Coordinate with HR, site supervisors, and management regarding workers' needs. Handle camp maintenance, repairs, and facility management. Manage inventory and supplies for camp operations. Ensure waste management and environmental cleanliness. Address and resolve any grievances among workers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years

of experience as a

Camp Boss in a construction labour camp.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of health & safety regulations in labour accommodations. Ability to manage large groups of workers and maintain discipline. Proficiency in [English, Hindi or other required languages]. Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and inventory management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
