We need the recruitment of

Camp Boss

with the following skills and qualifications:

1- High school graduate/Diploma Holder; preferably with Certification in Facility Management.
2- Minimum of 04 years' experience in camp management. Proven experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar supervisory role in a camp or remote site setting.
3- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in camp settings.
4- Ability to manage and oversee the daily operations of a camp, including maintenance and housekeeping services.
5- Proficient in managing and supervising a diverse team of staff.
6- Knowledge of camp equipment and systems (water, electricity, waste management, etc.).
7- Certification in First Aid, CPR, or similar safety-related courses is preferred.
8- Capable of handling unexpected situations, resolving conflicts, and making critical decisions swiftly.
9- Efficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with contractors, service providers, and staff at all levels. Multilingual is a plus.
