- Ensure safety and well-being of all staff
- Manage accommodation, maintenance, and logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
- Maintain records and handle administrative tasks
- Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
