River Island Interiors is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in interior design and Fit-out. We are committed to providing a supportive and comfortable living environment for our staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss to manage our staff accommodation facilities. Responsibilities: Accommodation Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the staff accommodation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.
- Allocate rooms to new staff members and manage room assignments.
- Address and resolve any staff complaints or issues related to accommodation.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for all residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of the accommodation to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning repairs.
- Coordinate with external service providers for more complex maintenance needs.
- Monitor and manage the upkeep of common areas, including dining, recreational, and laundry facilities.
- Maintain an inventory of accommodation supplies and equipment.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of necessary items.
- Keep accurate records of room allocations, maintenance requests, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accommodation status and needs.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in staff accommodation or camp management.
- Basic technical knowledge and skills in electrical work, plumbing, and air conditioning maintenance are a plus.
- UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues amicably.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
