Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Camp Boss to manage the daily operations of our camp facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in camp management, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and comfort for all camp personnel. As the Camp Boss, you will oversee all aspects of camp services including accommodation, catering, and overall maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage the daily operations of the camp, including accommodation, meals, cleanliness, and logistics. Supervise camp staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Ensure the safety and well-being of all camp personnel. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for camp supplies, including food, bedding, and equipment. Address and resolve any issues or complaints from camp personnel. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely services. Maintain records of camp operations, including attendance, supplies, and incident reports. Enforce all safety protocols and hygiene standards within the camp.

Requirements

:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage camp staff effectively and ensure high levels of service. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a camp setting. Experience in managing camp supplies, inventory, and logistics. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Ability to work in remote or challenging environments.

Salary & Benefits

:

Competitive salary range of AED 1925 to AED 2125 (Including Food allowance), based on experience. Additional benefits as per company policy. Opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic team.
