Job Description

We are seeking a Camp Boss to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing camp operations and managing a large team of workers. This role requires ensuring that all workers report to their assigned sites punctually and maintain consistent attendance.

Supervision and Coordination:

Oversee and manage a large team of workers, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Attendance Monitoring:

Ensure all workers report to their assigned sites on time and maintain high attendance levels with no absenteeism.

Task Delegation:

Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on skills and workload requirements, ensuring optimal productivity.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to company policies and local regulations.

Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve any worker disputes or concerns effectively and professionally.

Reporting:

Regularly report on worker attendance, performance, and any issues that arise to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
