Job Description
A leading manpower supply company is seeking a dynamic and results- driven CAMP BOSS to join immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organize and supervise workers living in the camp.
• Ensure safety regulations are met.
• Ensure employee welfare policies are met.
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with daily operations.
• Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
• Ordering and managing supplies and materials.
• Maintaining records and preparing reports.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
• Proven experience as Camp Boss.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, capable of using ERP application.
• Strong knowledge and capability to deal with 2000 plus employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interact with employees, address their concerns and issues.
• Graduation or high school diploma preferred.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English languages.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
